Acceptance of Terms

If you want to use Samsewa lookup then before taking subscription be sure you have data file otherwise Samsewa lookup app is not useful for you because we provide only technical platform not data. Samsewa does not provide the data file itself; it relies on users to use their own data for analysis.

Users are in full control of their own data. Our platform simply provides the technical infrastructure, allowing users to securely store and manage their information on their own devices. All user data is stored securely on the user's own device, not on our servers. Users can access their data anytime, without an internet connection.

We never help you to convert your raw data in accessible file suppose you need help to do this then we will provide training on call or will provide training document.

By purchasing or using a License Key Subscription from Purnank Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the license key.

License Grant

Purnank Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software associated with the license key (the "Software") for the term of your subscription. This license is subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

License Key Usage

  Single Use   : The license key provided is for single-use and is tied to the individual or organization that purchased it. It may not be shared or distributed to others.
  Activation   : The license key must be activated within the subscription period. Failure to activate the license key within this period may result in its expiration.
  Restrictions   : You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or the license key. The license key is not transferable, and any attempt to transfer it will void the license.

Subscription Term

  Initial Term   : The subscription is valid for the period for one year.
  Renewal   : You have to renew your subscription by paying renewal amount ,otherwise your subscription will expire and app stop working.
  Cancellation   : You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

Returns and Refunds

Once payment done then no refund will be acceptable at any situation either you will use application or not.

Termination

By Purnank Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd    : Purnank Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your subscription and license key if you violate these Terms and Conditions and or found misleading information.
  Effect of Termination   : Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software, and the license key will be deactivated.

Updates and Upgrades

During the subscription period, Purnank Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. These updates or upgrades are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as the original Software.

Support

Purnank Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will provide technical support for the Software during the subscription period as outlined in your subscription plan. Support may be limited to certain hours or communication methods.
